Unpersonalised Items

If you are unhappy with your item, you can return it to us for a full refund as long as the item is returned within 14 days of receipt and is unused and in a resaleable condition.

Please contact me first notifying me that you wish to return your item. Please note that you will have to returning the product at your own expense.

Personalised items

Personalised stationery, or items made to your specific requirements, cannot be cancelled or returned.

It is extremely important to point out any errors, layout & design changes during the customer controlled PDF proofing process before giving the final go-ahead to print. I cannot offer any sort of refund or compensation for any misspellings found after your stationery has been printed.

Items which arrive damaged will be replaced (please provide photographs).

Once you have received your item/s please check your order and report any damage, errors or missing parts within 14 working days to discuss an exchange, reprint or refund. I always require proof of damage so I may make a claim with our courier on your behalf.

Errors (printed items) if reported within 14 days from receipt will be reprinted and posted immediately. 

No refund (full or partial) can be given for late delivery (especially if a standard postage method is used). Delivery estimates are based on Royal Mail's estimations and not my own.
