IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER A SAMPLE?
Yes! You may purchase samples (unpersonalised) from the sample section here. Samples can't be personalised but they should give you a good idea of the card, print, envelope and embellishment quality of the invitation/s you are interested in.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
That's easy just click on the stationery that you like, choose the quantity of items needed, then click add to cart. You can add more matching items (RSVP's etc.) if you wish then when ready follow our secure checkout! If you need any help please get in touch.
HOW DO I SEND YOU MY WORDING/TEXT?
You can add all your wording details (for each stationery item) in the specified text box during checkout. If you forgot to do this or you'd prefer to send documents that's ok too you can send these via email after purchase.
WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY FIRST PROOF?
Digital proofing can take from 24-72 hours (working days).
WHAT SHOULD I CHECK ON MY PROOFS?
Please double check names, wedding date, times, the venue address etc. You can also let me know if you'd like me to make any changes or if you spot any other errors. Please note that once you have approved the final digital proof, I cannot be held responsible for any spelling mistakes or typos etc. so please be sure to check carefully. I recommend showing your digital proof/s to family and friends if possible.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! I ship stationery around the world. :) You will be able to select from different International delivery options during checkout.
WHEN SHOULD I ORDER MY WEDDING STATIONERY?
I recommend sending out your Save the Date cards as soon as you know your wedding date so that your guests keep your wedding date free. For Invitations I recommend 6-3 months before your wedding date.
Any on the day stationery items (Table Plan, Place Cards, Table numbers etc.) I recommend purchasing one month before your wedding date - once you know who can attend & final quantity etc.
CAN I CHANGE THE CARD COLOUR?
Yes, you'll find the option chart in the photographs on each invitation listing.
CAN I CHANGE THE INK COLOUR/S?
Yes, you'll find the option chart in the photographs on each invitation listing.
Watercolour illustration colours (for example flowers) cannot be altered, but do get in touch if you are looking for a specific flower colour as I have many illustrations available that may not be featured in my shop yet.
CAN I CHANGE THE ENVELOPE COLOUR?
Yes, you'll find the option chart in the photographs on each invitation listing.
WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
My minimum order quantity for personalised Invitations, Save the dates, RSVP cards, Guest Information Cards etc. is x10 cards.
ARE YOUR ENVELOPES SUITABLE FOR USA POSTAGE?
Yes, all except the mini RSVP card (3x4 70x110mm) as these are too small for the US postal system. I do have a slightly larger mini RSVP cards/envelopes available which measure 90x140mm (white or recycled brown envelopes only with this option).
